Key Person

IMG_7734A key person has a special responsibility for a small group of children. Having a key person ensures the children has someone they can bond with can feel happy and secure within the nursery environment. The key person is also responsible for the sharing of information with parents, carers and other settings or professionals who may be involved in your child’s time in Nursery. Each key person keeps development records on each of the children in their key group and you are welcome to see their development record at any time.
